Upon entering Aida’s incredibly cool space, which resembles an industrial Brooklyn loft thanks to its ample potted plants and wood-and-metal racks, the first thing you’ll notice is the small cafe housed in the front of the shop. Lauded for its Insta-friendly teas and freshly pressed juices, the bright and welcoming space is reason enough to visit the trendy Shoreditch haunt. But walk in a few feet further and glance over the gorgeous array of men’s and women’s clothing, accessories, home goods, and beauty products, and you’ll realize exactly why Aida is such a hotspot for coffee and fashion aficionados alike.

The store’s varied selection of goods might remind you a bit of Urban Outfitters’ offerings, except with a slightly more elevated lean. Aida makes a point of stocking independent brands, so its selection is also wildly more unique than that of most global fast fashion companies. From Copenhagen-based brand Mads Nørgaard, which makes cool ruffled dresses and colorful striped tees, to sustainably produced label Girlfriend Collective, which creates an array of athletic gear from recycled water bottles, the lines it carries are both exciting and affordable.
Other standouts include Selected Femme, which is good for romantic day dresses and printed skirts; Just Female, a jackpot of graphic prints and colorful knits; Veja, the cult-favorite vegan sneaker brand; and Alizia Fire, a London-based jewelry brand that specializes in dainty treasures. No matter if you’re in the market for everyday basics or a punchier trend-based look, Aida will have something for you.
When it comes to home goods, the shop’s aesthetic is minimalist with a slightly bohemian lean. Again, think Urban Outfitters but more mature. You’ll find ceramic mugs in earthy tones, graphic art prints, woven storage baskets, funky throw pillows, and much more—all the tools you could ever need for a quick apartment facelift.
Stop in, shop 'til you drop, and then regain your energy with a matcha latte before you leave.
