There's almost nothing worse than finding a dreamy designer find and flipping the tag to see a not so dreamy price. Cary Lane agrees. Specializing in designer samples, overstock, and past season apparel of up to 80% off, Cary Lane is the SF budget babe’s dreamworld.
Opened in 2008 by namesake founder, Cary LaScala, walking into Cary Lane is like walking into the most organized designer sample sale ever. Youthful, fan-favorite apparel brands like MinkPink, BBDakota, and Free People fill their thoughtfully selected racks. Sequin stiletto booties, tied ruffle skirts, and patterned party dresses are just the tip of the iceberg.

While the majority of the store is stocked with brand new and unused designer womens apparel, Cary Lane doesn’t leave the guys out. The Cary LaScala button-up shirt line is the only private label sold in the store and hones in on European style shirts with simplistic designs, slim fits, and fine tailoring all made right here in San Fran.
The combo of bargain bin prices, a minimalistic and clean layout, and brands everybody knows and loves has earned Cary Lane a notably high ranking. Whether you’re looking for a total closet revamp, or just an afternoon fashion treasure hunt, Cary Lane will almost certainly not disappoint.
