A store that can please you, your mom, AND your grandma? Unheard of. Yet somehow, Finicky Filly accomplishes just that. Founded in 1988 by the powerhouse mother-daughter duo, Judy Casey and Rebecca Steinberg, Finicky Filly has been outfitting women of all ages (and doing a pretty good job of it) for over 30 years.
Meander through the welcoming open door and what you’ll find inside just screams: CHARLESTON. Dark mahogany shelving, marble countertops, and fresh floral arrangements proudly encapsule the charming southern aesthetic of the area. Not to mention, the fitting rooms look like something straight out of a movie: crystal chandelier, circular-pouf ottoman, emerald velvet drapes, the whole nine yards.

Their no-nonsense interior flawlessly highlights the real star of the show: the seemingly endless racks of DVF, Veronica Beard, Mara Hoffman, and every other brand just begging to take your money. Fair warning: their floor to ceiling display of irresistibly-stunning handbags is not for the faint of heart. Tie-dye lounge set for you, Gingham midi-dress for mom, Joie peasant blouse for grandma, and Tory Burch tote for...well, who wouldn’t want a Tory Burch tote?
Finicky Filly is definitely one to bookmark for your next shopping excursion. Whether you’re on the prowl for your next go-to summer blouse, are entertaining guests in town, or just want to knock out your holiday shopping for everyone on your list in one stop, look no further. Even the most finicky of shoppers can find something worth swiping their card for at Finicky Filly.
