Don’t say we didn’t warn you if you end up packing up your stuff and moving into a matchbox apartment in Paris after reading this review. Paperdolls in Paris has that French aesthetic and vibe that we just can’t help falling in love with.

A fun, feminine, Parisian concept store located a couple of blocks south of Sacre Cour, Paperdolls is the perfect place to pick up a dress for an elegant brunch or a stroll through Paris with a latte in hand. The best part about the boutique? It’s designed like an apartment, literally allowing you to feel at home. The store’s racks house 20 carefully selected designers, each with their own take on feminine fashion, and each piece in the store is limited or entirely unique.
As you walk through the owner’s “apartment”, you’ll find different designers and styles in each room. Whether you’re sifting through LA2L’s jewelry on the dining room table or trying on Maud Terseur handbags near the bedroom vanity desk, perusing the different “rooms” of Paperdolls is the best way to find your favorites amongst the local designers.
If your favorite season is spring and your favorite fruit is strawberries, Paperdolls is probably for you. And if your favorite movie is Breakfast at Tiffany’s or the sound of “Moon River” playing makes your heart flutter with dreams of living in Paris, then Paperdolls is almost definitely for you. They even have a cute bathtub couch just like the one Holly Golightly kept in her living room.
Shopping at Paperdolls is an experience reminiscent of raiding your best friend’s closet, with everything up for grabs. And while a trip here may put a dent in your wallet, the treasures are worth it.
