Springsioux

If the rock and roll part of All Saints merged with the crisp lines and colorscheme of YSL, we would have Springsioux. Located in the ever-so-luxe Le Marais district, Springsioux brings just the right amount of edge to the refined streets of Paris. And might we say, we’ve never seen “gloomy” look so chic.

         

The brainchild of Pierre Antoine de Myttenaere and Alisa Gusakova, Springsioux was founded in 2010 based on a vibe from a tribe sporting Mexican gangster tattoos, biker rituals, and a dark aesthetic. Originally selling solely a lineup of animal-totem T-shirts, the brand has since expanded to offer a wide range of ready-to-wear apparel, punk accessories, rock-inspired furniture, French fur designs, and even custom skateboards.

As their Instagram handle “I wear black you wear black” suggests, Springsioux really really likes the color black. So much so that you would have to do some serious digging to find even a deep charcoal piece. From puffer coats to leather stirrups to sequin maxi gowns to fingerless gloves, basically every single item stocked on the shelves comes exclusively in, you guessed it….black.

While the dark-academia meets punk-rock aesthetic might come off a little intimidating at first, the chic sales associates are far from unapproachable. Whether you need help picking out the perfect vegan leather jacket, silver studs to amp up your earring game, or a pair of jersey loungewear overalls (yes, you read that right. loungewear. overalls.), Springsioux’s staff will have your back for just about anything.
