There’s nothing quite like the thrill of stumbling upon a one-of-a-kind vintage gem. But spending hours thumbing through a dusty shop to walk out empty-handed can be a major deterrent of shopping secondhand. Thrilling is the unique e-commerce site that aims to combine the best elements of physical vintage storefronts with the ease of shopping online.

Founded in 2018 by Shilla Kim-Parker, Thrilling handles the e-commerce presence for hundreds of thrift and resale stores across the country by picking up the clothes, photographing them, and then returning them back to the store. They essentially manage the heavy-lifting of maintaining an e-commerce presence for small vintage mom-and-pop shops in exchange for a commission. With this model, they’re able to find the best of the best from shops across the country and offer an expert curation in one convenient online location.
There’s a little bit of everything on the site, but their specialty is bold, one-of-a-kind statement pieces that you just can’t find at your local retailer. A patterned Missoni wrap dress for $85, a 70’s dalmation-print sequin blazer for $345, and a baby blue Harley Davidson hoodie for $22 were just a few pieces that caught our eye. The range of funky, statement-making accessories spans wide from cowboy boots to kitten heels, to clutches to crocodile duffels. It’s an endless assortment of funky, fun finds that keeps you coming back daily to see if there’s anything new.
Noticed by the likes of Refinery29, People, and Harper’s Bazaar, Thrilling has clearly struck a chord with thrift lovers and fashion fanatics worldwide.
